Tahiti Blue Intrigue 40′ with Spillover Spa

This Tahiti Blue Intrigue 40′ fiberglass pool was designed to give the homeowners a backyard that feels relaxing, fun, and easy to maintain. The pool includes an 8-foot splash pad, a built-in spillover spa, four deck jets, LED color-changing lights, and a charcoal grey automatic pool cover. It’s a great layout for families because there’s space for lounging, playing with younger kids, and enjoying the spa without needing a separate area.

The pool is finished with 1,050 square feet of tinted linen grey concrete. The concrete includes an ashlar pattern, decorative cuts, and a sponge finish, giving the pool deck a clean, finished look while adding plenty of usable outdoor space around the water.

For convenience, this project also includes a variable speed pump, saltwater system, Sense and Dispense chemical feeder, and an automation panel with phone control. These upgrades help make pool care easier by giving the homeowners more control over water features, lighting, and maintenance.
