Pool Service Technician
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana + surrounding service areas (travel to job sites)
Start Date: Spring 2026

Pools by Cory is a locally owned inground pool service company. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service, strong client relationships, and a professional work environment. As we prepare for the 2026 season, we are looking to add a skilled and reliable Pool Service Technician.
What you’ll do:
- Drive the company truck to residential job sites in our service area.
- Perform routine pool cleanings, chemical testing and balancing, filter changes, equipment inspection.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, automation, lights, plumbing).
- Monitor and maintain chemical/parts inventory in your truck, keep equipment organised and stocked.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer pool-maintenance questions, report any major issues to management.
- Keep accurate records of services performed, chemicals used, equipment repaired or replaced.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (with seasonal variation).
- Follow all safety protocols for chemical handling, equipment operation and truck driving.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience servicing pools (residential and/or commercial).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, CYA, etc.).
- Comfortable working with pool equipment (filters, pumps, heaters, automation systems), diagnosing faults and performing basic repairs.
- Physically fit: able to lift equipment (50+ lbs), climb into pump rooms, work outdoors.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Bonus: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification.
