Kiana Pool Project

The Kiana project includes all the bells and whistles.  We installed a 16′ x 32′ Seina from Aqua Technics with two  14’5” x 7’5” attached Aqua ledges. The high gloss Twilight color has the industry leading Pool ColourGuard® technology to keep the pool from color loss and weathering. One unique feature of this pool is the full length bench seat with a walk ledge. The small step downs on each end with the peninsula are tiled with a wooden plank finish. Hidden in the lower area are three brass deck jets from crystal fountains. The two aqua ledges offer 28’ feet of negative edge spill over while also having a colored LED bubbler in the middle. Using the Totally Hayward System, the home owners have complete control and automation simply by using their smart phone or iPad. They can turn on pool lights, change their colors, control the pool heater, fountains, spillovers, bubblers and so on.  This pool also has the worry free chemical controllers from Hayward and utilizes their aqua rite salt system combined with sense and dispense technology.  The variable speed pump even cuts electrical costs up 75%.  And to top it off, this pool has an under track, automatic pool cover with an exposed coping border.
