How It Works:
1. Reserve Your Spot: Sign a contract and pay the standard deposit to confirm your 2025 inground pool installation (choose fiberglass or vinyl liner – both are eligible for the giveaway). You’ll immediately secure your place on our 2025 build calendar.

What if I’ve already put down a deposit for 2025?
Good news – you’re already entered! All existing 2025 pool contracts with deposits (currently 40 of them) are automatically in the drawing. You don’t need to do anything except maybe tell your friends to grab the remaining spots.
When exactly is the drawing, and how will I know if I won?
The drawing will take place as soon as the 50th spot is booked. We will notify the winner privately by phone/email immediately. Once confirmed, we’ll announce the winner on our Facebook and Instagram. We respect privacy – we can announce just your first name and city if you prefer.
What does the $30,000 credit cover?
The winner will receive a $30,000 credit applied to their pool contract. In other words, $30k will be deducted from the total price of the pool installation. This prize is a credit toward your project, not a cash payout.
What types of pools qualify?
Both fiberglass pools and vinyl liner pools qualify for this promotion. Whichever style you choose for your 2025 installation, you’re eligible for the giveaway as long as you’re within the first 50 to sign a contract with an accompanying deposit.
Is my deposit refundable if I change my mind?
Our standard contract terms apply to the deposit. The deposit is used to secure materials and scheduling for your project. Importantly, if you cancel, you will lose your entry into the drawing. We’re confident, however, that once you see what we can do, you’ll be excited to move forward with your pool!
Are there any strings attached to the giveaway?
No catches. This is a straightforward promotion: we want to reward one of our early customers. The only requirements are being one of the first 50 with a contract and deposit, and of course, the credit can only be applied to your pool purchase (no cash alternative). Disclaimers
Eligibility: Offer valid only for new inground pool installation contracts scheduled in 2025 with Pools by Cory. Limited to the first 50 customers who sign a contract and pay the required deposit. One entry per household/project. Participants must be 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is only available to residents of Indiana who are purchasing a pool for installation at a residential property within our service area.
Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive up to $30,000 USD off the contract price of their pool installation. This discount will be applied to the final invoice for the project. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Drawing: The random drawing will be conducted once all 50 spots are filled or on December 31, 2025, whichever occurs first. The drawing will be conducted using a certified random number generator in the presence of an independent witness. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received – maximum odds are 1 in 50. The winner will be selected randomly under the supervision of the company. All decisions are final.
Notification: The potential winner will be notified directly via phone and/or email as soon as practicable after the drawing. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release before the prize is officially awarded. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) business days or is found to be ineligible, Pools by Cory reserves the right to disqualify that person and draw an alternate winner.
Deposit & Contract: By entering (via paying the deposit and signing the contract), participants agree to proceed with a 2025 pool installation by Pools by Cory under the standard contract terms and payment schedules.
Cancellation: If a participant cancels their pool project or fails to fulfill contract obligations, their entry in the giveaway is forfeited. Standard deposit refund policies (as per the contract) apply – the giveaway does not alter those terms.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Pools by Cory to use their name, general location (e.g., city or county), and/or photos of the completed pool for promotional purposes (e.g., social media announcement, website) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. (We will respect privacy requests as much as possible – e.g., using first name and last initial if preferred.)
Taxes: Any applicable taxes or fees related to winning the $30,000 credit (if required by law) are the sole responsibility of the winner. (Pools by Cory can provide documentation of the discount value if needed for tax purposes. Note: As a discount on a purchase, it may or may not be taxable, but we include this disclaimer to be safe.)
Other Conditions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions from Pools by Cory. Entry is contingent on signing a contract and paying a deposit for a pool (which is considered part of the promotion incentive). The $30,000 credit cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. Any previously applied discounts or promotions must be forfeited to receive the $30,000 prize.
Reservation of Rights: Pools by Cory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason, including if an unforeseen issue arises (such as a natural disaster, supply chain issue, or any problem that would make continuing the contest unfair or impractical). In the event of early termination, Pools by Cory may, at its discretion, conduct a drawing among all eligible entries received up to that time to award the prize.
Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree that Pools by Cory, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from participation in the promotion or from the acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants assume all risk in their participation and pool project.
